- 3) Front Squats
- 4) Burpees

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between each movement. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself during the work intervals.
