EMOM Strength Rope

EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 5 Strict Pull-ups
  • 30 Double Unders

Use a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows for proper form throughout the EMOM. Scale the pull-ups as needed to maintain strict form. Focus on consistent pacing and technique throughout each minute.

- Barbell
- Pull-up bar
- Rope
