EMOM Strength RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Back Squats at 80% of 1RM
- Even Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Perform 5 back squats at 80% of your 1 rep max on the odd minutes, then complete 10 toes-to-bar on the even minutes. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight of the back squats accordingly to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
