EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 Back Squats
- 5 Box Jumps


Barbell: #185 / #135
Box Height: 24 inches
Instructions: Each minute on the minute, complete 5 back squats followed by 5 box jumps. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust weights and box height as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
