EMOM Strength RigEMOM for 15 minutes:
- 3 Back Squats
- 6 Pull-ups
Barbell: Bodyweight for back squats, any weight for pull-ups
Instructions: Increase weight on back squats if comfortable, focus on good form and full range of motion. Scale pull-ups as needed to maintain intensity.
