  • 400 Meter Run
  • 12 Bench Press
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 9 Bench Press
  • 400 Meter Run

Bench Weight: Bodyweight
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Choose a challenging weight for the bench press that allows you to complete each set unbroken. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing through each rep. The 400 meter runs should be done at a high intensity to complement the strength work.
