EMOM Strength RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Back Squats at 75% of 1RM
- Even minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar

Notes:
- Choose a weight for the back squats that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the EMOM.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Focus on maintaining a strong core and tight grip throughout the workout.
