Perform 21 Wall Balls and 21 Deadlifts, then 15 Wall Balls and 15 Deadlifts, and finally 9 Wall Balls and 9 Deadlifts. The weight on the Deadlifts should be challenging but manageable for unbroken sets. Time cap is 12 minutes.
