EMOM Strength Dumbbell

EMOM for 10 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- Even minutes: 5 Dumbbell Shoulder Press


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Instructions: Perform 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts on the odd minutes, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On the even minutes, perform 5 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 10 minutes. Focus on maintaining proper form throughout the workout.
