EMOM Strength Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
- Even Minutes: 5 Front Squats (increasing weight each round)


Barbell: Start at 50% of 1RM Front Squat and increase by 5-10 lbs each round.
Score: Heaviest successful set of Front Squats.
Note: Focus on maintaining consistent bike pace and solid squat form throughout the workout.
