Tabata Strength Bench

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
  • Bench Press
  • Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Bench Press during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to Push-ups. Alternate between the two exercises for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself to your limit during each work interval.

Notes:
Adjust the weight on the bench press to a challenging but manageable weight for the 20-second intervals. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
