EMOM Strength Box

EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Back Squats (increasing weight each round)
  • Even minutes: 10 Box Jumps

Barbell: Start at 50% of 1RM Back Squat
Box Height: 24/20 inches
Instructions: Increase weight on the Back Squat by 5-10 lbs each round. Focus on explosiveness on the Box Jumps.
