  • 5 Bench Press (185/135 lbs)
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Bench Press (155/105 lbs)
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 15 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 400 Meter Run

Bench: Decrease weight each round
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: The bench press weight should be challenging but manageable for each set. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing through the run at a steady pace.
