Rounds-for-Time Strength BenchFor Time:

- 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 10 Burpees
- 200 Meter Run

Instructions:
Complete 5 rounds of 5 bench press and 10 burpees, then immediately perform a 200 meter run. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds. Choose a weight for the bench press that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Aim to push the pace on both the strength and cardio components of this workout.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
