  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 20 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 20 Dumbbell Front Squats

Equipment:
- Wall Ball (20/14 lbs)
- Dumbbells (50/35 lbs)


Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the specified number of reps for each movement in the order listed as fast as possible. The workout is designed to incorporate strength movements with a cardio element using the Wall Ball. Choose weights that challenge you but allow you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
