EMOM Strength Box

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Back Squats at 75% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 10 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform 5 Back Squats at 75% of your 1RM on the odd minutes, then complete 10 Box Jumps on the even minutes. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight for the Back Squats as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
