- Dumbbell Thrusters (4 minutes)
Equipment:
- Rope
- Dumbbells
Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Rope Climbs and Dumbbell Thrusters. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Scale rope climbs to pull-ups or ring rows if needed. Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbells.
