Tabata Strength Rope

Tabata:


  • Jump Rope (Double Unders)
  • Push Press

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell


Tabata Protocol:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between Jump Rope (Double Unders) and Push Press for a total of 16 rounds (8 rounds per movement).


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work for each movement.
- Rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.


Barbell Weight:
- Push Press: #95 / #65


Notes:
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the entire Tabata workout.
- Adjust the weight as needed to ensure proper technique and intensity.
