Tabata Strength Wall Ball

  • Wall Ball Shots (20/14lbs)

Strength Focus:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Focus on proper form and generating power with each rep.


Instructions:
Perform as many wall ball shots as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. This workout will challenge your stamina and strength endurance. Remember to hit depth on each squat and hit the target with the ball on every rep.
