  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
  • 25 Sit-ups

Equipment: Bench, Box, Kettlebell


Notes: Choose a challenging weight for the bench press that allows you to complete the 10 reps unbroken for the first few rounds. Pace yourself on the box jumps and focus on explosive hip drive for the kettlebell swings. Keep a steady pace throughout the AMRAP to maximize your rounds completed.
