- 20 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 Assault Bike Calories
- 15 Deadlifts (275/185 lbs)
- 15 Assault Bike Calories
- 10 Deadlifts (315/225 lbs)


Instructions:
- Start with the Assault Bike and then move on to the Deadlifts for each round.
- Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Push the pace on the Assault Bike and maintain consistent effort on the Deadlifts.
