AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Goblet Squats
- 10 Single Arm Kettlebell Press (5 each side)
- 10 Kettlebell Deadlifts


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
