  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort rope climbs
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Perform as many rope climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the entire workout.
