EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
  • Even Minutes: 10 Toes to Bar

Instructions:
Complete 5 deadlifts every odd minute and 10 toes to bar every even minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout. Adjust the weight as needed to challenge yourself.
