Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- 5 Bench Press
- 10 Burpees over the Bench

Instructions:
- Choose a challenging weight for the bench press that allows you to complete all 5 reps with good form.
- Move quickly through the burpees to maximize rest time before the next round.
- Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
