EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Power Cleans (#135 / #95)
  • Even minutes: 10 Box Jumps

Equipment:

- Box


Instructions:
Complete 5 Power Cleans every odd minute and 10 Box Jumps every even minute for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
