EMOM Strength BenchEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Bench Press at 75% of 1RM
- Even Minutes: 10 Box Jumps

Instructions:
Complete 5 bench press reps at 75% of your 1-rep max during the odd minutes, then perform 10 box jumps during the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute.
This workout will challenge your upper body strength with the bench press and test your explosive power with the box jumps. Adjust the weight of the bench press as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
