AMRAP Strength Bench

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
  • 25 Sit-ups

Notes:
- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in the 15-minute time cap.
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows for consistent movement throughout the workout.
- Focus on quality reps for each movement to build both strength and stamina.
