EMOM Strength Rope

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Deadlifts at 70% of 1RM
  • Even minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment: Barbell, Pull-up Bar


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout. Adjust the weight of the deadlifts as needed to maintain proper form. Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
