AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500m Row
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Instructions:
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Maintain a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the other movements.
- Keep track of rounds and reps completed throughout the workout.
