- 10 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Double-unders
- 1 Rope Climb
Notes:
- Scale the weight on the deadlifts as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on efficient movement on the toes-to-bar to conserve energy.
- Double-unders should be performed unbroken if possible, but break them up if needed to avoid burnout.
