  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Push Press

- Box
- Kettlebell
- Barbell


Notes:
Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell and barbell that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Focus on explosive power for the box jumps and kettlebell swings, and maintain a steady pace for the push press. Scale as needed to maintain intensity for the full 15 minutes.
