  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Alternating Pistols

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Scaling Options: Use a lighter kettlebell for swings, scale to pike push-ups or box handstand push-ups, and use a support for pistols if needed.
