Rounds-for-Time Strength Bench

For Time:
- 5 rounds of:
- 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 400 Meter Run


Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows for unbroken sets throughout the workout.
- Scale the Toes-to-Bar to Hanging Knee Raises if needed.
- Push the pace on the runs to challenge both strength and stamina.
