AMRAP Strength Bench

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to complete each set unbroken. Focus on maintaining proper form throughout the workout to build both strength and stamina.
