  • 15 Slam Balls

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 15 slam balls, and 20 sit-ups. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts and maintain good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to see how many rounds you can complete within the time cap.
