  • 50 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • 40 Hand-Release Push-Ups
  • 30 Slam Ball Squats
  • 20 Slam Ball Sit-Ups
  • 10 Slam Ball Lunges (each leg)

Slam Ball Weight: 20/30 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
