EMOM Strength Slam Ball

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 10 Slam Balls


Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform 5 Deadlifts at a challenging weight, followed by 10 Slam Balls each minute on the minute for 15 minutes. Adjust weights as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
