EMOM Strength Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Balls (#30/#20)
  • Even Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225/#155)

Instructions:
- Perform 10 Slam Balls on the odd minutes and 5 Deadlifts on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes.
- Choose a weight for the slam balls that allows you to move consistently for the full minute.
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that is challenging but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
