AMRAP Strength Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
  • 10 Slam Ball Squats
  • 10 Slam Ball Lunges (each leg)

Equipment: Slam Ball (choose a weight that challenges you)
Notes: Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout and push yourself to move through the movements quickly. Rest as needed, but keep moving to accumulate as many rounds as possible in the given time frame.
