  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 15 Slam Ball Squats
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Slam Ball Lunges (each leg)
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar

Slam Ball Weight: 30/20 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Make sure to pace yourself on the handstand push-ups and toes-to-bar, as they can be taxing movements. Focus on proper form for the slam ball exercises to maximize strength gains.
