EMOM Strength Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls (30/20 lbs)
  • Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)

Instructions: Alternate between performing 10 slam balls and 5 deadlifts every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout. Adjust weights as needed to ensure proper mechanics.
