EMOM Strength Slam Ball

EMOM for 12 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder (40/30 lbs)
- Even Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)


Instructions:
- Set a timer for 12 minutes, starting with the first minute performing 10 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder, then the second minute performing 5 Deadlifts. Alternate between the two movements for the duration of the EMOM.
- Choose a Slam Ball weight that allows for consistent movement throughout the minute.
- Select a Deadlift weight that is challenging but allows for good form to be maintained.
- Focus on quality movement and maintaining intensity throughout the workout.
