EMOM for 10 minutes:
- 5 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
- 5 Burpees


Equipment: Slam Ball
Weight: Choose a challenging weight
Notes: Focus on explosiveness and power with each slam ball movement. The burpees will add a conditioning element to the workout. Rest the remainder of each minute after completing the reps.
