AMRAP Strength Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Box Jumps

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 slam balls, 10 push-ups, and 10 box jumps. Focus on maintaining good form and explosiveness throughout the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to keep intensity high.
