Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions:
Start by performing 21 Slam Ball Overhead Squats, then move on to 21 Toes-to-Bar. Continue to decrease the reps by 6 each round until you finish the final set of 9 reps for both movements. Choose a challenging weight for the Slam Ball that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
