EMOM Strength Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls (30/20 lbs)
- Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)


Instructions:
Perform 10 Slam Balls on the odd minutes and 5 Deadlifts on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight of the slam ball and deadlift to suit your strength and skill level. Focus on good form and technique throughout the workout.
