AMRAP Strength Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Equipment:
- 1 Slam Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 slam balls, 15 push-ups, and 20 air squats. Make sure to maintain good form throughout each movement and push yourself to keep a steady pace. Rest as needed, but aim to keep moving consistently throughout the duration of the workout.
