EMOM Strength Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls (30/20 lbs)
  • Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)

Instructions:
- Complete 10 slam balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Complete 5 deadlifts at the start of each even minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Alternate between slam balls and deadlifts for a total of 20 minutes.
