AMRAP Strength Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Equipment:
- Slam Ball (choose a challenging weight)
- Mat for push-ups


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement and push yourself to keep a steady pace. Rest as needed, but try to keep transitions quick to maximize your work time.
